Shipping policy
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, the package is in the hands of the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, etc.).
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as shipped.
If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, or if it appears to be stuck in transit, we recommend the following steps:
- Check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for the most accurate updates or to file a claim.
- Check with neighbors or your local post office, as packages are sometimes marked delivered before actual drop-off, or mistakenly dropped off at the wrong location.
We understand how frustrating shipping issues can be, and while we unfortunately can’t control the carrier’s process, we’re happy to help guide you through tracking or contacting them if needed.
